....OUR YOUTH SECTION IS ALMOST FULL.
Unfortunately as a club we cannot take anymore youngsters at this present time in many of the age groups. The exceptions are the U11s (Year 6) & U14s (Year 9), who have a couple of places each. A waiting list for other age groups has now begun. Having enough Volunteer Coaches & training Space are both now at a maximum and have both played a big factor in the decision. The outline set 3 years ago of "not getting too big to quick" remains firmly in the minds of the committee.
This season the club will compete in the Kernow League with teams in the U7s, U8s, U9s, U10s, U11s, U13s & U14s age groups with an U6s age group just training on a Saturday morning.
Regenerating the youth within the village back in August 2011 seemed a mammoth task, however the success and achievements along the way have been worthy of the hard work by everyone.
