Good news.....

We are finally allowing all 15 teams to go back to training, and us as a club wish to say thank you for your patience and support!! We are delighted with the players that have resigned and we are now welcoming new players to our team. Club training will commence from August and we are utilizing the 7 days of the week to minimize contact and the number of people on site at any one time.

Please can we ask that everyone is prompt at attending as teams only have 1 hour. Obviously, things will be a little different but rest assure we have planned for this and we are prepared. Of course, we are excited as well to get back to some sort of football. Just a few things to know before you attend...

1. All parents/Players must read the risk assessment (Adult & Youth) and comment on their Facebook, messenger or WhatsApp group so that we know this has been done. This must be completed prior to the first training session. If not read, attendance at Vogue Park cannot be allowed.

2. All players/parents must be well and not showing symptoms of Covid-19 (if anyone in your family shows symptoms please stay away). That said if you feel that at this time it is not right for you to return, please let us know so we are aware.

3. Strict 2 metre distancing measures will be put into place please make sure everyone adheres to them or they will be asked to leave. A table will be set up on the entrance to pitches and we ask that everyone sanitizes their hands at this point.

4. Parents MUST stay during the whole training sessions, in case first aid needs to be administered. Also parents must accompany their child to the door of the toilets and ensure hand washing and sanitizing is completed on entering, directly after in the toilet and on leaving the toilet area. No parent no play.

5. All kit must be their own including water bottles (please make sure they bring them every training session) there will be no team bottles. No sharing of goalie gloves either.

6. Due to the restrictions of COVID-19, the sessions will consist of ball control and fitness, limiting the touching of equipment as much as possible.

7. Youth Membership fees will reduce by £5 as per the agreement at the AGM (and attached), meaning the balance to be paid by existing members is £75. New members will need to pay the fee of £105 (reduced by £5 for no training in July) but initially, only a deposit of £30 is required and both new and existing members must ensure their details and photograph on the WGS are up to date. Membership will need to be paid in full, prior to the first league or cup game in order to be available for selection (scheduled for 5th/6th Sept). If this is not possible, please submit a request for a payment plan to the Treasurer which will remain confidential between you as the parent(s), the Treasurer and Chairman.

Any problems please don’t hesitate to contact any of us at the club we will help in anyway we can. DEADLINE FOR YELLOW MATCH SHIRTS IS FRIDAY 31st JULY, THANK YOU TO THE FEW THAT HAVE HANDED THEM IN.

Looking forward to seeing you all THIS weekend.
