BOONER BLAST SAINTS INTO FINAL FOR THE SECOND CONSECUTIVE TIME IN COMBO HISTORY.
The saints came out of the staring blocks like Usan Bolt going ahead after only 4 minutes through a goal direct from a corner taken by Dan Ellis. After only 21 minutes goals from Gavin Boon & header from Jason Robinson put the saints 3-0 up. Wendron pulled a goal back in stoppage time to make it 3-1 HT
Second half saw Wendron pick up the pace however an own goal saw the saints lead 4-1 after 50 minutes. From no where and when you though there was no coming back Wendron, through Steve Brewer made it 4-2. It made the last 20 minutes very intense. Both teams coming very close and as Wendron pushed on they were caught in stoppage time as Boon blasted the saints into the final scoring to make it 5-2.
