Thanks’ must go to everyone that helped out in the run up to getting both games successfully on for the opening home games at Vogue Park.
Last week over 20 people put in a combined total of between 100-110 hours.
Weather did prove a problem at times and groundstaff work very late on both Thursday night and Friday night to just get pitches cut and marked.
However the results of that hard work were all to see on Saturday and how amazing with a little money and lot of time and expertise the facilities once again were at top notch level.
The results from the U8s to the 1st team were brilliant not all wins but the hard work put in by managers to even get teams on the field was second to none.
