A brilliant afternoon was had on Saturday by 20 of our children from the youth section, in addition further children attended in the morning as part of a group from Redruth Rugby. A massive thank you must go to Lisa Neville from the children's university on a massive event and thank you to Tremough, Penryn for hosting such an event.
Children, Parents, Grandparents and volunteers were welcomed and then allowed to discover and learn in a room full of exciting ideas. Everyone was able to learn about the human body, animals, play many Brass & Wood instruments and even some bongo drums. Further to this kids got to test their skills, learn about robots and even get emerged in a bubble After this children dress up in their hat and gowns and parents watch the graduation.
The whole idea was to further show everyone that learning outside of a school classroom can benefit children as they are choosing to do the activity and therefore will more than likely remember their experience.
